Hi! I’m Marion Erpelding, a freelance illustrator living and working in a little red house in the north of Sweden.
If I’m not out in the forest picking mushrooms, you’ll find me at my pallet desk making images with cut paper, watercolors, gouache, and color pencils.
I create a mix of Scandinavian landscapes, little houses in the woods, cute gnomes and occasionally letter a sarcastic quote about academia, where I spent a decade trying to be a physicist before admitting that what I really wanted to do was all of the above.
